A Chartered Professional Accountant, Mr. Rochacewich has over 12 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting in the international resource sector. He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Strata Minerals Inc., a TSX.V listed phosphate exploration company in Utah, and Polar Star Mining Corporation, a TSX listed exploration company focused on copper-gold exploration in Chile. While at Polar Star, he led its graduation from the TSX.V to the TSX, and played a key role in the financing and management of Polar Star's assets. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Verena Minerals Inc., and held financial positions with Noranda/Falconbridge/Xstrata Plc and LionOre Mining International. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University in Canada, and obtained his CPA, CA designation at Ernst & Young LLP.

Michael Kelahan has over 44 years of phosphate beneficiation experience worldwide and is a “qualified person” pursuant to NI43-101.  Currently, Mr. Kelahan is an independent phosphate technical advisor serving two major engineering companies.  He also serves as a technical advisor to multiple junior phosphate mining companies that are in various phases of feasibility development.  For the last 30 years Mr. Kelahan has either managed or was the process lead on over 50 phosphate feasibility studies, bankable feasibility studies, and basic engineering projects, comprising sedimentary, igneous, and marine phosphate ore types. 

Michael is also the owner of Phosphate Consulting LLC, a consulting and engineering company comprised of independent engineers and specializing in the development of phosphate projects encompassing the entire spectrum of phosphate development, including: mining, geology, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, granular fertilizers, and market analysis.


Mr. Bahnsen is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in mine development and operations, corporate finance, and capital markets. He was mostly recently CEO of a Canadian listed junior exploration company focused on the development of phosphate projects located in Australia and USA. During his career Mr Bahnsen has been involved with the development of mining projects in Canada, Indonesia and Australia and has worked for a number of major international mining companies including Rio Tinto. Mr Bahnsen has over 10 years of investment banking experience with bulge bracket investment banks, including Deutsche Bank where he was Head of Mining & Metals - Asia. As an investment banker Mr Bahnsen has led natural resource transactions with over $10 billion in value. Mr. Bahnsen has a B.Sc. in mining engineering from Queen's University in Canada, and an MBA from the University of New England in Australia.

Shawn Helda has over 30 years experience as a seasoned executive who has launched and operated companies with international expansion in the fields of Real Estate Development, Natural Resource Assets, Construction, Financial Management and Investment.Mr. Helda is serving as President and CEO of Carlton Tate Group, LLC and Caymus Capital International, LLC and is President / Founder of Falcon Isle Resources, Inc. Mr. Helda’s diversified expertise in finance, management, development, construction and corporate oversight has allowed these companies to successfully expand into projects nationally and internationally. Mr. Helda graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Architecture School of Design at Arizona State University with a minor in Marketing.
